Howard J. Levin
Howard J. Levin is a partner in Levin Adamski LLC. He has earned a reputation for his vigorous and tireless advocacy on behalf of his clients. Howard’s practice focuses on medical malpractice, complex civil litigation, products liability, construction accidents, dram shop liquor liability and personal injury.
He has successfully litigated cases to jury verdict, obtaining numerous seven and eight figure verdicts. He has lectured and presented written materials to the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. Howard also serves as a Judge Pro Tem for civil cases in the Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia. He has provided pro bono legal services to the Philadelphia community.
Originally from Chicago, Howard earned his JD from Villanova Law School, and has been licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania since 1981. He originally defended healthcare providers at Post & Schell PC. Following that, he joined Anapol Schwartz and became an equity partner, practicing there for 27 years. In 2010, he formed his own firm, with Beth Adamski later joining him as a partner. Howard is a top-rated attorney and has been repeatedly selected to Super Lawyer for many years.
Beth Ann Adamski
Beth A. Adamski is a partner in Levin Adamski LLC. She focuses her practice on representing individual victims and their families in a variety of cases, including medical malpractice, product liability and construction accidents. Beth’s unique style blends her empathetic approach to representing her clients with her commitment to tirelessly working to hold those responsible accountable for her clients’ harm. After receiving her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Beth attended law school at Villanova University. After graduating from Villanova in 2007, Beth joined one of Philadelphia’s preeminent plaintiffs’ firms, focusing on representing the victims of medical malpractice. In 2010, Beth joined Howard Levin in starting his new practice. The two formed Levin Adamski LLC in 2017.
In her free time Beth enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering at her daughter’s school and cheering on her alma mater.
